Please note:

The CVHIS office is currently closed to the public due to the COVIC-19 pandemic. The safety of our clients, our staff and our community is our top priority, although you may not ‘see us’ we are still here to help! Staff are working from the office and are available by phone or email, during regular office hours. Some of our programs are being offered via Zoom, or in other safe areas where social distancing and COVID protocols can be followed. Please check our calendar link for programs and our Facebook page or Newsletter for invitations to the online groups.

In effort to support our clients and their family members during this health crisis, we are attaching two websites that we hope will be helpful and informative at this time.

Take care, stay safe and be kind.
