Mindfulness Based Self Expression (MBSE) with Kazimea 11:00 to 12:00 Zoom. In this gentle class, you will use simple art projects to ground yourself and give kind attention to your sensations, feelings and thoughts. You will learn to shift from self judgement to self acceptance, and nurture less stressful relationships with others. You don't need to be an artist, this class is about the process, not the drawings you produce. Materials needed: Blank paper; pencil and/or pen; pencil crayons or felt pens; glue or tape. We have a limited supply of materials available, please contact us if you would like us to put some supplies together for you. Stretching your muscles and joints can lead to greater range of motion, improved balance, and increased flexibility. Movements are adaptable, you can participate with the use of a chair for balance and support. There will be mats available, but we strongly encourage you to bring your own yoga mat to class if you have one. COVID protocols will be in place.
