Mindfulness-Based Self Expression. 11:00 to 12:00 [4 weeks in May] Zoom Based on a book by Janet Slom, these are activities that arise from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction but use the creative process (writing, drawing and more) to nurture peace and well-being, increased self-awareness and self-care. This would be a combination of an "online workshop" in which we work on short activities while we are together online, and a "book club" exploration in which everyone gets access to handouts through email or by picking up copies at the CVHIS office, tackles exercises on their own then gets together to talk about it and prepare for the next week.
